Checked my PI% a couple of times On average, it is around 4-5% Is that reading okay? Or do I need to get something checked professionally?

Pulsatality Index in short PI will give a fair idea of the blood flow in the finger.There is no normal range & generally we donot take this/infer anything from PI

If SPO2(Oxygen saturation) < 94 you might need medical consultation/examination.
