Need to under go TEE, and see whether can close this with percutaneous device or surgically. Can go to jayadeva institute of cardiac sciences, on banerghatta road, jayanagar. As it is a govt. Institute should be cheaper otherwise can go to narayana hrudalaya bomasundra
