Very unfortunate that you developed a complication called septal perforation. You will need another surgery to close it. It cannot be done immediately as the septum needs to heal from present surgical trauma. Give it at least 6 months and please opt for a senior, more experienced Rhinologist or Plastic Surgeon this time for better skills and post-op care.
