Hi doc , i have delivered baby on 2nd july , i am producing excess milk than required by the baby am removing extra milk after feed, baby is latching well. some nurse said we can hold up breast and wrap around with cloth and tie it hard so that too much of milk wont be produced. i am concerned is this safe for future breast feed? as baby requires less milk now

Some mothers produce good amount of milk. This will soon adjust to your baby requirements automatically. Till then you can express out milk. Nothing else need to be done.
