  4. Hoffa fat pat. Treated through therapy.

Hoffa fat pat
Feeling pain in right leg during first 3-4 steps of walking and also pain in running. Shown to doctor and did x ray and MRI where Hoffa fat pad is detected while doctor is suggesting surgery for same. Please let me know that only surgery is the option or it can be treated through therapy.
