Hodgkin lymphoma
My father is 66 yrs old having IIIB stage and has gone chemo 1st cycle. Could you please let me is there any way he can feel the positive changes within. He has started feeling hungry and energetic but sometimes not feel like eating much.

Tell him that most of the patients of Hodgkins lymphoma get cured at this stage . Involve his treating oncologist more in discussion with him . Do not discuss complications in front of him… Discharge drug review personally by treating oncologist … He would feel better during start of 2 nd cycle .

You have to provide psychological support at home. Keep him away from negative people. Limit visitors to your house.
Tell him he will get cured of the disease.
Give him healthy diet and maintain positive attitude at home.
