I have a problem of right vocal cord palsy from last 3 months.so now I have hoarse voice. kind request for proper guidance.(either surgery or voice therapy)

Hoarseness of voice because of vocal cord palsy usually recovers within few months. First line treatment is voice therapy. If your voice remains bad even after 6 to 8 months of palsy then you may need to consider surgery known as thyroplasty
