I m unable to speak loudly ... Doctor has told me that it is because of hypothroidism .. how can my voice improve within few days ..

Untreated hypothyroidism can sometimes cause changes in the quality of voice but is uncommon in appropriately treated hypothyroidism. You may need to be examined to rule out any vocal cord pathology
