HOA's worsening
Hi, I have had cxl 7 years back. My scans are stable from past 7yrs. But my hoa's ( starbursts,halos,glares) are worsening every year. What could be the reason and what can be done?

Your scans though stable. You need something called aberrometry and anterior segment OCT to look for any haze in the cornea. A proper slit lamp Examination is must by a professional. You can consult a refractive surgeon or a cornea specialist in person offline for the same

There are multiple causes for worsening symptoms, one of which you yourself have given which are increase in higher order aberrations. You may benefit from Rigid Contact Lenses.
