I met with an accident due to blood loss i had to take blood from blood bank or hospital i m not sure but yes these are 2 sources from where the blood was used in my body so my wuestion is
1)blood from blood banks or hospital are safe and well tested
2)do i need to take hiv test
3) if yes then what is the hiv conclusive period 3 months or 6 months in india since there is lot of confusion what gonna be the final period

Bloods from standard blood bank are very much tested and safe these days.
However if you are not sure about the source then get a retroviral test done for HIV, HBsAg
