HIV testing status

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I do sex with sex worker using with condom. After some days I have flu like symptoms. Then after 120 days I checked my hiv status with Western blot rest, that test shows HIV negative. My wedding is coming, please tell me that i am risk free or not. And what do now. Please tell me.
