  4. HIV testing. I need any further testing?

I did HIV screening test p24 antigen combo test after 100 days of exposure and got negative results Are the results conclusive now , also I performed the test one only which is done after 100 days I am very tensed thinking about this so can I trust the results now ? Or I need any further testing ?
