What is window period for hiv test once getting exposed and where can i find ictc / govt centre find in banglore plz help me?

Elisa test is based on development of antibodies...it takes time for your body to develop these antibodies usually up to 12 weeks...so 3 months is considerd as window period... And regarding ictc center you will find it in all most all medical colleges and government hospitals.
