HIV Test again

HIV Test again

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have done hiv test a year back which was hiv duo and it's negative after that I never had any sexual incident but I am afraid because from last 4 weeks there is swelling in my supra caviclar region and ultra sound and CT show there is mild enlarged lymph nodes. Do I need to test again for Hiv please suggest
