Hi doctor, i had safe sexual intercourse 40 days ago(which was my 1st sex), vaginal fingering and deep kissing (condom didn't broke and didn't completely slipped off) i got tested for HIV after noticing few symptoms (sore throat(still having it),oral thrush,small recurring bumps inside lower lip(attached in this post) ,sometimes fever(99-100),left knee burning (i never had this before i used to jog for kms) and chills), these are all the successive tests i did 1)9th day ictc-- negative 2)20th day-complete std profile(hiv 1/2 cmia negative,all STD's are negative except cmv) 3)28th day RNA PCR qualitative (not detected) 4)36th day hiv duo test(negative) Yesterday (40th day) i woke up with a pain in my right middle finger which is swollen and i could find a bump like clot moving on rubbing,sore throat (still exist), recurring bumps inside lower lip ,too fatigue all the time what's going wrong with me please help me out sir completely sleepless,confused and suicidal thoughts everywhere
