I have my wife and also have a girlfriend.. I sex with my wife without condom and Gf also with condom.. My Gf have periods and I had a sex with my Gf in period with condom but some blood of period is touch on my penis also.. It is safe or not..is Hiv is infected in me or not.. Gf have not HIV.. Please help me out.. I had regular sex with me wife also without Condom.. Can I avoid to sex with wife some days now.. Help me out
