Is rapid test reliable after 230 days of hiv exposure? Or more test are required for test to be conclusive?

Go for CLIA based test. Rapid kit is also sufficient but kits are not reliable. I would suggest you to go to NABL approved lab and get it done.

According to CDC USA... hiv antigen or antibody tests become positive by 3 to 4 weeks... So the answer is yes at 230 days of exposure if u r still negative that means u r not infected
Next Steps
try avoiding such exposure ... avoid polygamy, use condoms if a health care professional, use gloves , be careful n avoid needle prick by following all protocols and being calm and focused while working
