Asked for Male, 23 Years

I recently went to the A&E a couple days ago to have a HiV check. The reason for this is because I had sex with a girl who bled as something must have torn, I was worried that it may have leaked into the condom as it was little loose. I put the condom on wrong at first but quickly realised and put it on the right way. However I told the docs I had unprotected sex as I was worried so they prescribed me pep. Now I don't know whether I should carry on taking it I have been puking since.
