Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can contact on practo itself by clicking on "chat now" option. But for HIV + PATIENT, better would be to go to a government hospital near you , there will be a ART centre, you can get yourself checked out by them , they will provide all type of medicine and guidance for almost at no cost.
