If someone having his  art medicine and newly diagnosed. Did he need any other medicine along with art medicine ?

Your ART medicine must have been started under supervision of some doctors (I am sure not many patients in India will take ART by self medication). So you should consult with the Doctor who is supervising your ART. Your question is also not at all clear. Do you have any other disease (apart from suspected HIV) for which you are taking treatment ?

Usually ART is given to Control your CD4 but 9/10 times the patient has tuberculosis or any other fungal infection too so it depends on what co infection the patient is having
