Had unprotected sex in may2015.... done hiv test thrice..1.in 3rd july... 2. in 22july.... 3. in 19jan'16.result came non reactive. got genital herpis twice.... is she is infected HIV or other disease?????

Hi, the cause of genital herpes is a different virus than HIV. Though mode of getting infection may be same, that is unprotected sex. I advise you to seek consultation with skin specialist or Gynaecologist and get tested for other venereal diseases too and take complete treatment
