Hi, can i get hiv from tears of my friend who is hiv positive and his tears goes in my eye when he was riding bike and i was sitting back of him. Should i get tested for hiv bcz of this matter?

Transmission of HIV through tears is theoretically possible if it has fallen on ur injured skin surface or broken mucosa.. However the risk is negligible.

Next Steps

Get tested for HIV if u want to get rid of that doubt in ur mind incase it's bothering u too much .
