This is not conclusive. Only if you had done DNA PCR, it can be conclusive , but only for HIV.
There are 20 other STDs, one should be bothered about and Hep B, Syphilis and Urine routine tests can rule out some
Next Steps
Do test on 16-17 Jan, that is nearing 90 days and tests will be conclusive
