HIV antibodies test by CMIA

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hello sir my possible exposure is 18 sep 2024 and I have done a test HIV ANTIBODIES by CMIA test on 06-01-2025 almost after 108 days my question is that only on behalf of this report you can say or conclusive negative if some symptoms show like leg and hand pain and lost of taste especially sweetener and many things but result is negative after 108 days than can I ignore the symptoms and conclude negative or non reactive my test report 2nd was In this report not mentioned that the antibody deduction is hiv1 and hiv 2 show only hiv antibodies so please can you explain about report
