Hello
2 days back my friend had an inter course with sex worker but he was using condom, but accidently condom broke and he immediately remove Penis and didn't continue.he asked her about her hiv status and she never took any test. After this Sexilogist put him on pep medication after 20 hours from exposure. He is freaking out and don't know what to do.
What are chances of hiv? Can someone please help and clear our thoughts.

Hello... Chance of HIV with sexual inteecouse in very less like 1 in 1000 ...but its the most common mode of transmission of HIV because of addiction and lack of education... He is under pep so nothing to worry..after 3 months he can test for elisa ...... Tell him not to involve in risky act ...
