Today my friend was too frustrated due to some reason he has hitted his front portion and side portion of the head badly and is saying that he is having headache. I'm worried about that. How can i know if there is any injury inside the head.
Note- he is having swelled eyes and headache since 10 days due to stress

Has he vomited after hitting his head. Is his level of consciousness and orientation normal ? Is his vision normal ? Does he have any abnormal movemets or inability to perform normal movements ? You have to answer these questions. If most things are normal then ou can wait for next 2 days. If there is any change you should show him to a neurophysician or surgeon. An MRI may be needed, to look in to the vault of brain
