My UPPER LIP got swollen and my "upper and lower FRONT teeth are paining "
I think that both the upper and lower front teeth have shifted a little back .
But they are not loose at all

Hi, yes , some times it's possible but very rare. Just don't panic, relax n take some anti inflammatory and analgesic to reduce pain n swelling. Apply ice pack for immediate relief.

Apply ice pack immediately, consult with your local dentist and get an x ray done. Teeth will not shift little back without getting loose. You might need root Cannal in your upper and lower front teeth.
