A home diet for gastritis includes eating bland foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast (BRAT diet), lean proteins like chicken, fish, and tofu, low-acid fruits like melons and pears, steamed vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats like olive oil, while avoiding spicy, fatty, or acidic foods and drinks.
You can give her either of those medicines.Do repeat the h pylori antigen test either with urea breath test or stool antigen test to check if there's a recurrence of the h pylori infection.
