Hissing sound in right ear
Hi , I was taking nexito plus for last four months now for anxiety disorder , i had stopped taking it for a few days but i felt worse, then i had reduced it to half tablet for 2 weeks or so and now to one fourth but there is hissing sound in my right ear and sometimes I feel my heartbeat is fast . What should I do ?
