Please drop into my clinic for a detailed ENT examination. You may have developed a small perforation on your eardrum which has caused this persistant tinnitus(perceived hissing/high pitched ringing sound)
Next Steps
Use this app to find me. My clinic Healthcare@Basaveshwaranagar is easily located on the app and look at my appointment calendar to select an appropriate time and date to meet me. Hope to see you soon.

You should get an audiometry done to see the damage the cracker blast has done to your ears. Consult a good ENT specialist for the remedy. Point of caution, do not use ear drop, oil or anything in the ears.
