I am 16 years old and am a high level gymnast. Ive had hip pain for a year now, and has increased substantially from the start. Got an MRI around July and did not have a labral tear. Saw another doctor a few weeks ago and found out I have hip dysplasia and my hips hurt so much because of me overusing them and from me being hypermobile. What things should I not do so I can prevent a labral tear or further pain?
