Sit relaxed and calm, pulse oximeter reading should also correlated with signs and symptoms like difficulty in breathing or fast breathing. If these are also present contact hospital immidieatly and if not just sit and meaure after sometimes, it will b normal surely.
Next Steps
Walk for 10 min. And again measure spo2.
