try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid Stress as it may make your gastritis symptoms worse...consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..take over the counter medications with above..avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...for back pain Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.
Sir we need to evaluate you sugars as well as monitor your bp levels.. Well I suggest you to consult a physician and get evaluated first. I would also like to see your regular medications for bp and diabetes...also need few blood tests..about your spine problem need to examine you to tell if surgery is required
