Highly swollen adenoids and tonsil
My granddaughter aged 5 years has highly swollen adenoids and tonsil for last couple of months. She is generally a healthy child with no problems at all during the day, very intelligent and energetic - always 5 steps ahead in her school. However, at night she suffers from nasal blockage and breaths through her mouth, and at times momentary pauses in breathing during sleep. She is slim and has a tendency to catch cold. What homeopathic medicines do you suggest?

Care AI Shimmer
Adeno tonsillar hypertrophy which is severe enough to cause mouth breathing /snoring and signs of obstructive sleep apnea is difficult to treat medically. A course of steroid nasal sprays can be tried. If they do not work surgery becomes necessary
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
