High Vaginal Swab Test

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I am going to do a high vaginal swab test tomorrow as I have been having a vaginal infection since April. Wanted to know if this test can also detect STIs like Chlamydia/Gonorrhoea or do I need to do a qualitative PCR separately? Also, I had taken Flagyl 400 and Azee 1000 between 5th July-12th July. Can it alter the HVS result? Should I wait till 12th August before I run the test or I can do it tomorrow? Please suggest.
