High TSH even on regular medication.

From Dec 2016 to Feb 2018 my wife's Thyronorm dose was regulated between 100 to 87.5mg also her Anti TPO Antibodyb is steady at 1300 u/ml. After starting Ayurvedic Medicine for Convincing (due to low AMH), TSH started dropping steadily even for same dose. So we gradually reduced dose to 62.5mg in Jun 2018, when her TSH was 0.882. In July we had tried for conceiving. To our surprise on 30th July her TSH came to 4.493. So we increased the dose to 75.0mg (as we were told that we should never increase or reduce the dose more then 12.5mg at a time. My wife had very strong symptom for implantation till today. We went for blood test today (11.08.2018). Again to our surprise TSH today is 5.383. Though BHCG was low at 1.2. We went to for T3, T4 and Anti TPO. Her T3 is 0.730, T4 is 12.10 and Anti TPO Antibody is still at 1300. We had seen such kind of hike in TSH during early IVF Pregnancy (which didn't progressed). Can we increase the dose to 87.5 with in 12 days time. What can be reason?
