Hello, Doctors should not prescribe medicine or dosage in online. you must continue to take levothyroxine and stay in close contact with your doctor. The exact dose of medication needed will be based on your TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone) level. (The goal is a TSH of less than 2.5 to 3.0 mIU/L ) . During the first half of pregnancy, women on levothyroxine should have their TSH measured every four weeks.
