High Triglycerides
Hello I have elevated trigelcerides and would need your guidance. Previous report: 3 months back. Total Chol: 166 HDl: 30 LDL: 100 Trigelcerides: 177 Today Report: Total chol: 154 HDL: 40 LDL: 66 Trigelcerides: 230 Bit worried about trigelcerides. Please advise what to be added in diet to reduce trigelcerides. I am doing regular Aerobic exercise and yoga for 2 hours - in a day.
