High triglycerides and VLDL
Recently I went for full body checkup. As per reports of lipid profile, triglycerides is 180, VLDL is 36, LDL is 130 and HDL is 60. Total cholesterol is 208. Please advice if it is a serious concern. My lifestyle includes having beers in alternate days and non vegetarian. I don't eat fried foods but I eat non veg a lot. Kindly advise if there is something serious
