High Sugar
I am 47 years old and my Glucose (Fasting) level is 137 mg/dl. Is it very high? I am physically fit and have minimised the intake of sugar but the level is still increasing. What can be the causes and what steps should I take to reduce the sugar level ?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Yes for fasting it is high. The diagnosis of diabetes cannot be made just from this. We need fasting, post prandial and HbA1c levels also. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
