High sgpt and sgot levels

Question

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I got a blood test done today and the report shows that I have high level of SGPT-307 and SGOT-73. All other factors are normal except for low Neutrophils-32.2 and high Lymphocytes-51.5 .I had fever, headache, vomiting and more than usual sweating last week. But now i am active and everything is back to normal except for the sweating.My bilirubin,widal and MP(Rapid) test results are normal.I drink occasionally only.What should i do to reduce these levels fast?
