High sgot sgpt and ALP levels

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I'm 31 weeks pregnant and today I got my blood test report and my sgot sgpt levels are 467 and 791 respectively. My ALP levels is 197... After taking udiliv 300 along with liv52 my sgot/sgpt test results after a week are 260 / 430. And ALP was 160. Pls suggest if I continue taking the meds will my levels come down to normal range or do I have do go for induced labour
