High PTT and INR values
My mother is taking medications (cardivas 12.5mg) for liver cirrhosis. In recent blood test the PTT values is 17.8 ( ref. Range - 11 to 15) and INR is 1.38(ref range -0.8 to 1.1). Rest other liver function test values are normal..is the PTT INR values are too high OR these values are fine?

If she is having Liver cirrhosis, then slight derangements in PT and INR values are expected, it is not of major concern. However I hope you are under regular follow up of a Gastroenterologist/Hepatologist so that timely follow up can be maintained
