I am 75 yrs. My PSA is 10.4 and last year was 4.9. I have been on tablet urimax for more than 6 months as urine flow in morning was less. I have no other urology problem or UTI. No blood in urine. I am a heart patient and on blood thinners.
Is a biopsy required? I was told to get a TRUS.
