High prolactin means pregnancy?
I had unprotected sex, and took an ipill within 3 hours, 3 months ago. I've had no sexual intercourse after that But I have missed my periods for three months since then. All UPT came negative and My blood HCG came 1.2, but my prolactin came 30. Does high prolactin mean pregnancy? Is it causing me to miss my periods?

Have you taken any medication containing domperidone for nausea or vomiting? Increased prolactin level can cause menstrual irregularities.
