Pregnancy after ipill

Question

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I took ipill 20 hours after unprotected sex in April, and pregnancy test is positive when checked twice. Visited a doctor and she confirmed pregnancy through physical examination. Im worried if the ipill would cause any negative impact on my baby. Also I had done an abortion in February using pills. Please help if either of this two can affect my baby's health.
