High Potassium levels
As part of my regular body check up I gave blood and the electrolytes are abnormal. Is this some thing that I need to worry ? Attached report for the same. Potassium-6.1 Chloride-100

If all rest of investigations are normal, asymptomatic , no significant past medical history, need to rule out pseudohyperkalaemia first. Repeat serum potassium urgent with immediate processing
