  4. High MPV and Low Platelets. Deficiency?

High MPV and Low Platelets
I got a blood test conducted. I found MPV of 14.1 and total platlets were 122000. Other than these 2 parameters, everything was normal range. I do feel dizzy and weak sometimes. Could it be iron deficiency? Please guide from your experiences.
