High levels of anxiety
I'm scared about my condition. This isn't a recent thing and has happened over the course of 3 years. In very slightly stressful situations, I can be put into a high level of distress and anxiety to the point of hyperventilation. For example, about 20 minutes ago, my friend defended me against someone who had bullied me on the internet. I don't know what came over me, but I hyperventilated and panicked badly when she was helping me. Please, can you help with my situation?
