High levels in cholesterol and cbc test
Hi doctor,
Please see attached report which is outcome of health package test.i have cropped and attached only areas in lipid and CBC test which were having some high readings.
Apart from these my uric acid is on bit higher side as 7.2, tsh is fine.
Please suggest me anything concerning in CBC,lipid side results and what I should be doing next. Which type of doctor I shall meet with if any.
I developed small patches of vitiligo in hand(per my dermatologist) few months back and almost from similar time started feeling weakness in muscle/bone.
I mostly live sedentary lifestyle, work in IT, which I will change and start walking, with light exercises.
Please suggest what else I need to do.

Hello yes you need life style change. Take high protein high carbohydrates low fat diet. Restrict Tomato in diet . Uric Acid will reduce . Exercise daily for 30 mts and burn at least 1000 cal daily . Intake should be 750 cal daily .
